Dr. Ron Roddy is a Beavercreek native, son of Beavercreek High School and Main Elementary teachers. He attended the University of Cincinnati on a baseball scholarship, and received his B.S. in biology and chemistry from Grace College. After receiving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, Dr. Roddy did an optional, additional General Practice residency at University of Tennessee’s Medical Center with a focus on implant and reconstructive dentistry. In his practice, Dr. Roddy places emphasis on especially complex and challenging cases, and finds it especially rewarding to create great smiles in such situations.
Ron and his wife, Tammy, lead the “typical American life” at home with 8 children and two dogs. They enjoy an array of outdoor activities, exercise, travel, and cherish time spent with their large, fantastic family.
Joseph Palm, DDS

Dr. Joe Palm is originally from central Ohio, but grew up in Williamstown, WV—a small town along the Ohio River. During high school, he volunteered for the Mission of Mercy dental outreach program, where he fell in love with the field of dentistry and the positive impact it can have on a person’s life.
He and his wife, Lauren, enjoy making new memories together, from hiking 10 miles though the Samaria Gorge in Crete, Greece to taking dogs on walks at the humane society. In his free time, Joe enjoys golfing, fishing, listening to audiobooks, and working out. He is excited to get to know you and your oral health goals, and do anything he can to help you accomplish them!
Starla - Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Starla began her study of dentistry in 1985. This career path brought her the opportunity to meet and work with Dr. Roddy upon the opening of his practice in 1989. She took great interest in continuing her study as she evolved in the field, and received her EFDA certification in 1991. Starla’s training, education, and personal emphasis on patient care make her an expert in all aspects of restorative and implant dentistry. After more than 30 years in dentistry, she continues to take impeccable care of her patients and has great pride in her work.
Linda - Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Linda has been working for Dr. Roddy since 2002. Her experience in the dental field and friendly personality have given her the ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease, making her a great asset to the Roddy Dental Group. When Linda is not working, she enjoys fishing and boating in Tennessee with her husband.
Amy - Dental Assistant
Amy has been a part of the dental community for the past 21 years. She brings a lot of knowledge from subbing in many offices in the tri-state area. Patients appreciate her friendly smile and calming nature making her a valuable asset to our office. She holds a Certified Dental Assistant Certification through the Dental Assisting National Board, X-Ray License, professional CPR, Wilderness First-Aid Training, and Swimming Merit Badge Instructor and soon to have her Wild-Life Rehabilitation Permit. S She has been a Beavercreek resident for 18 years and is married with 2 children and lots of animals.
Gail - Dental Hygienist
Gail started out in health care as an EMT-A, followed by completing a degree as a registered dental hygienist in 1988. She continued on to earn her degree as a registered nurse in 1994. She loves being a part of an incredibly hardworking team that is successful in easing patients’ fears, boosting patients’ confidence, and educating patients to ensure a lifetime of optimum oral health. Gail loves getting to know her patients and their families. She also loves working out, golfing, hiking, and going to the beach. Spending time with her family and friends is what she enjoys the most.
Sherry - Dental Hygienist
Sherry is a 2005 graduate of Sinclair Community College with a degree in dental hygiene. Prior to that, she attended the School of Advertising Art and worked as a graphic designer. Throughout her career as a dental hygienist, Sherry has enjoyed making relationships and developing friendships with her long-term patients. She stays up-to-date on dental trends and practices, and has a strong passion for maintaining the optimal periodontal/gingival health of her patients.
In her free time, Sherry and her husband, Chris, keep very busy with their two toddler boys. They enjoy attending festivals, watching movies, hanging out with friends, and have recently begun making wine. They have a huge love for animals, and have two cats and two pugs.
Faith - Dental Hygienist
Faith attended Sinclair Community College at age 17, and earned her A.A.S. degree in dental hygiene by age 20. She accepted a position with the Roddy Dental Group shortly after the completion of her degree, and could not be happier with her choice. She has lived in the Dayton area her entire life, and loves spending her free time with family and friends. She has 5 beautiful nieces and nephews, and more on the way! Faith is thankful to serve in the dental community and do what she truly loves every day.

Tiffany - Office Manager and Front Office
Tiffany comes to us with 20 years of healthcare experience and 9 years of management experience. Tiffany went to school at JVS and became a dental assistant and worked chair side for 5 years. Her favorite part about the job is interacting with patients and helping them improve their smile as well as quality of life. Tiffany has two daughters (Kylie and Taya) and a son (Cole). Tiffany grew up on a small farm in Clark County with lots of animals. She is still involved with 4-H and FFA with her children. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her family and friends, softball/baseball, traveling, hiking and shopping.
Stephanie - Front Office
Stephanie joined our team in June 2016, bringing 20 years of dental office and insurance experience with her. She enjoys getting to know our patients and helping them achieve beautiful, healthy smiles. Stephanie and her husband of 25 years are approaching an empty nest, with one son in college and one son graduating from high school this spring.
