New Patient Information
Join Our Patient Family
The practice of Ronald L. Roddy, DDS and Joseph B. Palm, DDS is accepting new patients and would love to welcome you into our family. We are committed to providing you and your loved ones with compassionate, professional care and services. To ensure you receive the treatments you need and deserve, we take the time to get to know you, your health history, and your goals for your smile. Our priority is to be the name you trust for all of your cosmetic and family dentistry needs.
Your First Visit
During your initial visit, we complete a comprehensive exam and develop a treatment plan to fit your needs. The exam includes X-rays, screenings for oral cancer, gum and bone disease, and then a routine cleaning. The cleaning removes sticky plaque and tartar from your teeth, and aids in preventing gum disease and tooth decay.
While creating your individual treatment plan, we will discuss your goals for your dental health and how we can help you achieve them. Our practice offers a comprehensive range of services to help you maintain and restore your dental health.
To ensure you receive prompt dental care, we have provided our dental forms below, so that you can fill them out in the comfort of your home and bring them into the office with you. Filling these out prior to your appointment will save you time the day of your visit.
If your insurance provider is not listed below, please call us at 937-426-5340 and let us know. We’ll do our best to work with you and your dental insurance provider to make sure you’re covered!
For your convenience, our office accepts most major dental insurances including:
Cigna & Guardian
Mutual Of Omaha
United Health Care
Your smile is as important to you as it is to us, and we believe in providing effective, affordable dental care. To help you meet your dental needs both physically and financially, we accept a range of payment options to meet every situation and budget.
We provide and accept Care Credit and Lending Club with interest-free options available when paid before the due date.
