As part of our 3D imaging services, Keep Smiling Dental offers dental cone beam CT scans. These scans use a specially-designed x-ray machine to scan the entire mouth from side to side, giving us a 180-degree view of your teeth and gums. It creates images similar to a traditional CT scan, but specifically of the mouth. With this technology, we can evaluate diseases of the dental bones, issues in the nasal cavity and sinuses, and problems with the soft tissue structures in your mouth. We can even capture images of your lymph nodes.
